This website is operated by Shri Collection ("Shri Collection", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate an Indian ethnic fashion retail and dropshipping enterprise. Saree orders placed through our platform are quality-inspected and fulfilled directly through our trusted manufacturing and warehousing hub in Surat, Gujarat. Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to the user, customer, or site visitor. By accessing our site, using the AI Virtual Try-On service, or purchasing our products, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We strive to display our sarees and artisanal textiles with complete accuracy in photography, drape, and color. However, as handloom, Banarasi, Gotapatti, and Bandhani weaves involve artisanal craft and natural dyes, subtle variations in thread texture, zari reflection, or screen hues are natural markers of authentic craft and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable GST taxes. We accept major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or pricing technical errors. If a cancelled order was prepaid, the full amount is immediately refunded.
Our AI Virtual Try-On tool allows customers to preview sarees virtually. Uploaded photos are processed temporarily solely to render the visualization. We strictly adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023) and never sell, trade, or distribute your personal photographs.
We provide a 48-Hour Replacement and Exchange policy for verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items, accompanied by a continuous unboxing video. Because our collections are offered at direct-from-weaver wholesale pricing, returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted once dispatched. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
